I've noticed that many seem to find their CCLL on the veggie rung and then move on up....

I didn't start out intending this, but it just seems to happen that I am doing the opposite: i.e. moving up through the rungs with a carb count that varies between fifteen to twenty-five. Can't seem to get it much higher.

At this point I thought I might as well move through the rungs (am still only on nuts) and perhaps afterwards find my CCLL... when I have more foods that bump up the carb count to choose from.

Wanted to know if this is alright before I go any further up the rungs. Still losing just fine.

    Tks for any help...

What you're doing issort of like the Modified OWL---staying within the Induction carbs of less than 20, while moving up the Carb Ladder. Only you go up to 25 some times.

Is it okay to do? Well sorta. If you read the stickies above, 2Big describes OWL like a "net" more than like a ladder. So on a net, you can move sideways and up.
