Ok I am on the fruit rung never liked grapes but decided to give them a go ahead, got some green seedless grapes, looked at the sticky about the power of 5 and it says that you can only have 5 grapes :yikes , but I went and read in the Atkins counter book and online atkins carb count in the book it says 1/2 cup and the online says .025 cup which is right??

depends on the grapes as to what the actual carb count will be. Use whatever carb counter you want but use it for everything. Then the low numbers weill average out with the too high ones.by the book atkinseer

The problem with those things is that I can never stop eating them once I start.
When I was on OWL it was hard limiting myself to a handful of grapes or cherries.
Now that I run almost 20mi/week I can eat more...but even now it's hard to stop.
I would go for the 1/2 cup (about a dozen?) green grapes.
I wouldn't do it every day tho..maybe once a week.
Those grapes are addictive. :eating :yummy :eating :yummy
For fruit, blueberries are probably the best (and most 'spensive :anger )
