Welcome to OWL.
Remember it's just 5 net carbs of veg for Rung 1. Take it slowly and enjoy yourself.
If you figured out what your degree of Metabolic Resistance to weightloss was on Day 15 of this WOE, then you can more or less figure out how many carbs your body will tolerate. So unless you are severely metabolically resistant, the extra 5 net carbs won't bring your losing to a screeching halt.
