I am new, have been lurking and wanting to start the OWL phase, I'm ready to go, You all have been a wonderful encouragement just reading all these posts. I started Atkins WOL Jan. 21. BW 186 ~ CW 147 ~GW 125.
Being 51, I am not positive where I'll end up but chose 125 cause, as a 20 something many lifetimes ago
that was my weight. I'll be glad to take the journey with all of you. I'm so glad to have that weight off of me I feel great. I am walking 5 miles per day, was walking 3 then 4.2 miles per day. So, I have more energy @ want to start doing toning soon. Thanks to all who have gone before us.
