I have been eating until satiated. I find that my calories for the day are on the low side. I am not getting in enough fat on some days either. Some days are fine. Today I ate 3 meals and had a total of 1100 calories. My fat intake was at 55%. Is this ok? I don't think I should eat some cream cheese snack just to get in extra fat and calories, but if I need to --OK!
When I checked how many calories a day I should be eating to lose it said 1880. I never get close to that.
BTW- I'm female, 5'6", 34years, currently weigh 223 pounds and excercise moderately.
