  • Mmmm Brownies

    I made Atkins Friendly Brownies thay were soooo good I had 2 pices small and I put them away I am sooo proud I would have ATE the whole batch before but now everything is sooooo sweet I just can't do it. I put Mac Nuts in them and wow they were good of course I had to see if they would affect me so I weighed this morning and I am actually fluctuating to a lower number 209 so in the next few days hopefully I'll be down.

    I just wanted to share. I am so glad I am on OWL it's excellent and so much more to choose from now that I am 35 from goal I know with OWL I can do this forever. Some days I feel like I am being soo bad and it's all legal and I don't get cravings or headaches and I feel really good all the time except when I am sick lately DEAR ME but all and all I feel 10000X better then I ever have.

    Good for you.

    My goddaughter was over here today and we decided to bake some cookies. We followed the ginger flax crisps recipe out of Low Carb Energy' magazine...lemme tell ya, the recipe in the magazine is wrong, the cookie dough turned into cookie batter so we ended up making pancakes. And they certainly weren't worth it either tastewise. But we had fun nonetheless.

      Ya, I have found that too but, it's fun to experiment non the less so it's cool. I'm glad you had fun even know it didn't turn out.

      Now you have a new pancake recipe LMAO!!!
