Welcome to OWL. Aren't you glad to be through with Induction? You are now among the ones that lose just a little slower than the induction folks but we do LOSE. We concentrate on doing our carbohydrate ladder rungs right, enjoying our additional food choices and oh yes, our exercise. That is a must.
