Ok, so my first week on OWL is completed. I lost 3 pounds! Yes, 3 pounds! Before OWL, I had quit losing for a while and was feeling discouraged. I was scared of OWL, but now I am excited to experiment. I am moving onto the dairy rung this week. I plan on trying low carb yogurt, sour cream, and the carb countdown milk in rung 2.
One question on the yogurt. What is a good kind to have? I have looked at some, but they are fruit flavored. I'm thinking I shouldn't have that, because I am not to the fruit rung yet. Any thoughts or guidance on this?
I'm a little concerned about the milk also. Last time around, I really had a problem with portion control. But I know I can do this...I can control it!
