  • Week 1 of OWL Results are in!

Well today is officially 1 full week of OWL, and TOM has arrived last night too! Got on the scale this morning expecting to be up abit because of TOM, but was delighted to see a 3.5 lb. drop from last week. I did the dance of joy, as I just finished a challenging weekend as well, that I passed with flying colours. I am beginning to already love OWL, more food, more variety, what more can a person ask for?

That's my incentive to stick to OWL and not cheat....Once you've been on OWL, you see how restrictive Induction was. I wouldn't want to go back to Induction for any reason.

I'm on the fence about going on to OWL, so out of curiosity, what did you do different this past week? More vegies and carbs or just added more veggies? A 3.5 pound loss is fantastic...congrats.

Rung 1 of OWL is the addition of 5 net carbs of the Induction veggies (from either list) to your current Induction menu.

Your right not2late. Induction was very restrictive, and I just love the flexibility now, of having some choices!

iwritedocs - if you're contemplating doing OWL, then do it, take the plunge! Especially with summer here, you'll have many more options.

I can hardly wait until the fruit rung! I am going to start the dairy rung now, as I have already experimented with alot of different type of vegies over the last few months, and have had no problems with vegies!

good for you. I loved the veggie rung and did it 3 times.
Remember not everybody can handle those 5 net carbs of dairy if they try to add more aged cheese as the 5 net carbs to those 4 ounces from induction.
