, I have a question trying to still figure out my ccl ok I have read and reread the stickies and other post, now my ? is this on the stickie where it says that we are to add 5 grams of carbs to each rung that we are on ok I am on the starchy veggie rung, so from my understanding I should be at 55 carbs now a day because if i added 5 carbs for each rung this would bring me to my total right or wrong
