Had an intense one hour workout on the elliptical this morning, then left to run a quick errand at the mall. I got stuck in a major traffic jam.
Well I had two scrambled eggs with a half cup of squash and red peppers for breakfast, but that was about 5 hours earlier. So here I am stuck in traffic and I'm starving. I have a headache from **** and traffic is not moving. I can feel that sinking blood sugar level crappy feeling. Then I look up and realize I'm sitting in front of one of those drive thru Pizza Huts.
Before I knew it, I was in line and ordering a Supreme personal pan pizza (6 inch).
I ate it, but I didn't eat the big crusty edges. Didn't even give me any satisfaction other than filling an empty tummy. I actually wanted to puke afterwards.
I checked the Pizza Hut site and OMIGOD, the carbs on one of these buggers is 67 net grams - although it's probably less for me because I didn't eat the big ole crusty edges.
Go ahead and slap me - I deserve it!
