    Happy Happy Joy Joy!!

    Ok so I officially moved to OWL a lil over a week or so ago.... Since then been hospitalized for asthma, put on prednisone, antibiotics... I am proud to say, that not only have I NOT gained any weight, but I lost another 3 pounds... Prednisone usually blows me up like the goodyear blimp, and we all know how one crashed in FL or something, but for some reason, ive been lucky this time- Havent been inflated and still light enough not to take a dive!!

    WooOHoOoO

    Does it get any better than this? Oh yes, who am I kidding, of course it does, when I hit GOAL

    Good for you! As you progress through OWL, you'll be jumping for more joy because your food choices will open up and you'll be able to eat out more confidently.
