  • What now?

    ok, I know I should know this and I'm probably making this more difficult than it is................but, I am 3 days away from the end of my 14 day induction and I have read and re read that to do rung 1, I need to add 5 net carbs of approved veggies to my daily intake.

    Do I do this for 1 week or 2 weeks or? How long before I can either eat more than 5 net carbs of veggies or move on to the next rung? I just don't get it?

    I know I need to figure out my numbers which are determined from my total loss on induction, but just needed some guidence (sp?)

    2 weeks minimum. I stayed on the veg rung for several fortnights to allow myself more servings of them.

      did you keep upping the carbs to another 5 net every week?

        I have a question along the same lines. I have only 10 lbs to lose however and will be going to OWL within a few days. How long do I stay there on Rung 1?
        Rung 1 offers additional veggies....should I add a few different vegetables (5g) each week or so before Rung 2. Or should I add a 2-3 favourite vegetables and then when Im ready to add an additional 5 more grams, go to Rung 2.

        I know I wont be able to stay on the veggie rung too long before being bored. I am dying for some fruit before the berry season is over.

        How should I go about climbing the ladder?
