    I have been on extended induction, I started the atkins life on 1/3/05. I am 5ft1, I started at 185.5 and I now weight 155-160 on any given day. I have been so afarid to move on All the help I could get would be great! I am scared to gain weight! I am obsessed at this point. I do drink coffee with cream and splenda and it has not effected my weight loss. I do not know much abou tthe next step. Help! Thanks Leah

    go for it!!!! I've never been happier.... I'm up to berries... because I have blueberries in my yard now....

    I've kept on losing... and I think since adding the berries.. it's actually speeded up a bit!!

    OWL is great!
    2-15-10 194.8 - highest ever!
    2-20-10 190.4 - new scale
    3-20-10 177.8 - 1 month
    5-10-10 169.8 - 25 pounds gone!

      OWL will be fine.
      Remember you can stop at whatever rung you want, and you don't have to keep increasing carbs if you start to stall.
      It is a little trickier because your choices are bigger but I think it's a good step towards a life-long eating plan.

          I moved over to OWL after my third week on induction and have continued to lose anywhere from 1-4 pounds a week (I'm past goal !!!!). The summer is a great time to be on OWL because of the wider variety of fruits and veggies to experiment with.

            I am scared to move on I am stalled right now! I am up and down 5 lbs on a daily basis I am not cheeting I am drinking coffee though with 2 splenda and cream.
