    hi everyone got a question, Iam on owl, and I follow the menu of three days eating owl food and the other induction now could someone tell me when following this menu do I add five net carbs of every food from the different rungs that I have already been on or do I just add 5 from the current rung Iam on

    ther was a typo in the book and we should have a stickie explaining it to you but it should have said eat a new to you food not the new food group only 3 days the first week.

    so on rung one you have 5 net carbs more of the induction acceptable veggies from either list BUT if you have not eatten say jicama as a part of your induction then you would only have it a max of 3 times the first week whikle enjoying other induction list veggies the other days and you can have 2 new to you foods that week too if you want but only 3 days a week the first week. And that applies to all new to you foods even if you have already passed that rung. Say you are on rung 6 and bosenberries your absolute favorite food are in season and you haven't had them on your Atkins OWL yet. you should only have them 3 times the first week and then you could add them to your WOE every day if and only if they didn't mess up your carving controls that week you tried them.

      oh I get it, hope Iam understanding right I am on rung 8 and have passed the other rungs so I can pick from those different rungs and eat from them everyday if I chose too right or wrong???

        yep once you know your body can handle a food and a rung you can have that food and rung as part of your daily choices in your daily carb budget. happy OWLing
