I only lost a total of 5 pounds, but I'll take it! Just can't seem to get my butt in gear to exercise. I don't know what my problem is? I have a treadmill and a bicycle but I don't have me on either one of them?
I'm sure the weight loss would have been much better had I exercised.
Anyone have any motivational thoughts for me?
Also, I have a dumb question......... Does anyone on here REALLY put their lettuce/salad in a measuring cup (like I do) or do you all eyeball it? I don't think I'm getting enough carbs because measuring it doesn't seem to give me a whole lot?

hehe Unless someone is seriously overeating total carbs, I don't imagine there are many people out there that gained weight from eating extra salad greens.
