I just started OWL Rung 1 today... I'm nervous about it, too, but I KNOW it is the right thing to do. I had trouble limiting my veggies on Induction because I just love them. I actually had a minor "cheat" and had a few slices of yellow carrots a few days ago, then actually broke down and binged on Day #14 of Induction. If that isn't a signal that I need to add more variety into my diet, I don't know what is! That said, there were other reasons I binged, too, but I understand completely why I did it and have learned from that.

I hope I'm one of those lucky people that can eat 100 gms of carbs per day and lose weight. I lost 12.5 lbs on Induction alone... although I have at least 100 more to lose.

Come join us on our "cheat free" challenge! You can find it here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32341

    Best wishes on your journey!!

Lot's of exercise is going to be the way to become one of those people! when doing regular exercise i have eaten 80gs a day w/o any gain. Trust me it's great motivation!

      Good luck!

Thanks for the tip, Sadie. Exercise seems to have so many benefits, ay?
