  • That elusive CCLL!

I'm getting perilously close to goal (Yippee!), but haven't yet found my CCLL yet. Can I move to pre-maintenance before finding it? Am on rung four right now...

    Thanks buddies!

Depending on how close to goal you are, you better start moving into Pre-Maintenance.

Remember Pre-Maintenance is a very important stage because you'll be looking for your CCML (Critical Carbohydrate MAINTENANCE Level).

Thank you both for your answers. Good to know. My loss had slowed dramatically, but suddenly I'm getting a series of unexpected mini-whooshes . Yesterday the scale showed only a kilo away from goal (though if I were to go a couple of kgs under goal I wouldn't mind... like having a little safety gap!).

Right then, will move to pre-maintenance and search for the CCML.

        Tks again...

That sounds like the title for a novel.
