  • Help Serving Size and Calories

    Can someone help with this recipe from Linda's Low carb this is chili dog coney pie Per 1/8 Recipe: 403 Calories; 34g Fat; 20g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs ,
    So if I ate 3 servings of this how would I count this










    mini goal: 25lbs by 9/20/08

    If you ate three times the 1/8 recipe, it would be a net carb total of 9 (total carbs minus the fiber)... but lots of calories: 1,209!!

      You can multiply the amount of one serving by the number of servings you will be having. That will give you the amounts. you could also use fitday. You can put in the foods in there and then just put the amounts you use and it can help you figure it out.

        Thank you, I got this recipe from Linda's website and although her site is good with the food and I love the site but alot of the foods are high in calories.
