  • Starting OWL

    Hi Everyone,

    I am moving to OWL from Extended Induction. My name is Chriss, I have been on Extended Induction since March, I lost 42 pounds. I didn't measure myself at first, but I have lost 2 inches off my chest, 1 inch off my waist and 3 1/2 inches off my butt. I want to go through all the phases of Atkins because it seems like the successful people on this board go through every phase. I am retired on disability from the Federal Government because I have Multiple Schlorosis, so I constantly battle illness, but I try not to let it get me down. When I'm healthy, I exercise my butt off (literally). I do Walk Away the Pounds 2 or 3 miles, Tonin' Uptown or Downtown and 45 minutes of water aerobics. So that's me, I look forward to getting to know everybody.

    Welcome.

    Re-read the OWL chapters in the book and read through the stickies. OWL seems to be intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's fun to try out different foods.
