  • Gained a pound!

Today is my weigh-in day, I gained a pound! This is the first time I have gained weight since I started this WOE back in February! I also had my first cheat last weekend, I ate a roll and one french fry, I doubt if that caused me to gain a pound! Oh well, I'll just up my exercise, drink my water and say a prayer!

Great attitude! Up the exercise and onward. Sooner or later a stall or mini stall happens... and if it hasn't since Feb, then it was in the offing.

Hang in there! You can do it! Next week, you'll probably be back to a nice loss! The diet works!

That one pound could be anything from a backed up digestive system, food in your belly, water you drank, or extra sodium. If you didn't eat 3500 more calories than you needed this week, it's not a pound of FAT - and that's the important part!!

Frustrating, I know. Hang in there!!
