    hi,

I just finished my 2 week induction. I started with 20kg's (44 pounds?) to lose and I now have 17kg's (37.4 pounds?) left till I reach goal. My induction was fine. This is my second time around after a 2 year lay off. I didn't get the energy boost that I did first time around. such is life.

Anyhow, today is my first day of OWL and I'm looking forward to finding my magic carb number. I'm also looking forward to extra food choices over the coming weeks. Those choices will all be whole foods, since I think that processed foods is what ruins this diet. I'm also looking forward to increasing my running distances and times over the next months.

    wish me luck

Luck has nothing to do with it.

    I'll wish you success!

General rule of thumb for success: If it requires a degree in chemical engineering to pronounce it, you probably shouldn't eat it.

Welcome to OWL. You'll love the extra food choices and, that you still get to lose weight eating them is... terrific! Congrats on a good induction too.

        Happy losing!
