    HI All,

    I'm back . Its been a year, and my atkins life was going so well. But it seems emotions have gotten the best of me and I have been binging on all the right foods- slowly inching up the scale for the last few months. ALso, too many sweet treats- my addiction to low carb frankenfoods is in overdrive. SO< It's time to get back to my health!! ANd get back to reality. I've been sort of in denial. testing how much I could push the boundaries of the diet. now I know- Tomorrow I will weigh myself officially. I dont want too- but at the doctors today it said 161 granted that was late in the day- I will try agian tomorrow before breakfast and get a real reading. Last I was around 150- so up 10 pounds is a real shocker- especially since my clothes still fit jsut a little more snugly .

    Welcome back then Karen. Good for you to have tested the limits...found them and now for having decided to get back on track before too many more pounds....

    You'll get back in the swing in no time and before you know it, those ten pounds will have been zapped!

      I think this is what I should have said in my post about changing schedules and getting back on track... I've pushed the fruit/sweet frankenfood thing to the limit too... as well as diet drinks

      5-10-10 169.8 - 25 pounds gone!
