  • OWL a Success!

Just moved on to the fruit rung, and things are now running smoothly, down another 2 1/2 lbs, and moving forward, or should I say downward These last few weeks were slow, and I know it wasn't the previous rungs that I did, as I am still eating the same as I was before, and now I've started losing again. So, I'm excited with eating fruits again, strawberries never tasted so good in my life! Especially with that whipped cream on top! What a wonderful WOE!

Isn't OWL great? You can eat a wider variety of foods AND still lose the weight. Better than sweating it out in Extended Induction, too worried that you might "fall off" the wagon by eating a strawberry or a bit of potato salad....

Whoohoo...I had the same experience finally getting into OWL. I am actually losing better now than I did on extended Induction...my body was just ready for that boost/change. I am trying Strawberries this coming week after doing Blueberries for a couple of weeks and losing wonderfully.
