I just checked on Fitday for net carbs for say broccoli and cauliflower combination. 1 cup of broccoli plus 1 cup of cauliflower = 10 carbs and 5 fiber = 5 net grams of carbs. I make a mean broccoli cauliflower salad. It also has mayo, splenda, bacon, vinegar and cheddar cheese. Would I be able to eat 2 cups of this if I wanted since I put equal amounts of broccoli and cauliflower in? Am I only adding the 5 grams of veggies and not the other ingredients when adding in the veggie rung? If so I know I would have to account for the rest of the carbs in my normal 15-20 carbs per day counting.
