Moving up to OWL

    Moving up to OWL

    I have been on induction for almost 6 weeks, so I have decided, it is time to try owl.

    How long should I stay in each rung? Any advice for OWL would be great.

    Hi susan. Welcome to OWL.

    Be sure to re-read the OWL chapters in the book and the stickie posts at the top of the forum.

    Each rung is a minimum of 1-2 weeks. However, you can stay on any rung for as long as you want, trying out different foods from it.

      Yes... I'll second that. Read the book and the stickies. They're a huge help. You'll enjoy the extra food choices. I found that my weight loss didn't really slow in OWL, but it did go more in fits and starts (one one month long stall and then lots of whooshies), so don't worry if this happens. It all seems to come out in the wash...and those pounds keep on dropping!
