    I would like to julianne some jicama today. Anyone have a good dip for the first rung of OWL that I could use??

    I usually eat jicama one of two ways: sprinkled with lime juice and chilis/chili powder, or plain as a cracker for cheese.

    On occasion I will make a guacamole for it or I will cube the jicama and use it as the apple replacement in a waldorf salad.

      1-2oz cream cheese
      1-2 packets Splenda
      Cinnamon
      drop or two of almond extract.

      mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

          I never thought of using it as a replacement for crackers. That would be great during the holidays with a cheese ball. Thanks for the idea.
