You don't need to be talked out of it because you don't want one. You're just hungry but it's not for peaches because the store is out of peaches. They do however have delicious things like cheese. you're right.. I keep THINKING about peaches... but after breaking my 3 week stall at 147 and actually being at 144 this morning.. I really don't want to mess it up again....
cheese....hmmmm.... and I'm thirsty too.. I know that's not good.. but I already drank all the water I brought with me.. I'm READY TO GO HOME and just getting stir crazy!2-15-10 194.8 - highest ever!

I still WANT peaches... but maybe I'll be strong enough not to buy them..... because 5 g carb peaches just makes me MAD.. it's like I can eat a BUNCH...

One yucky peach is NOT worth undoing 3 weeks of hard work!!!! Congratulations on finally breaking through! That's awesome! Try thinking about something else...I like to look at recipes when I'm trying to get my mind off of something. If you don't want to think about food at all try thinking of something to reward yourself with when you hit goal! That's always fun!

LOL... see that's the whole deal.. I know this one store that has GREAT ones.. (part of the reason for my 3 week stall).. and if I stop THERE... it wouldn't be just ONE.. it would be more like ONE PECK....

If I can resist the apples from my own tree and my last chance at raspberries fresh picked from the backyard surely you can resist store bought peaches. Go straight home and find a pair of your fat pants and put them on and see and remember why you don't need a trigger food.
