I started the dairy rung this week, my stomach is hurting and I don't know why. I am drinking low carb choclate milk, which is 5 carbs per 8 oz serving, I have only been drinking 5 ozs. Could the dairy be hurting my stomach?

Who the heck knows what that stuff really is.

Dairy's never agree with me much.

I don't know about that low carb choc milk - read the labels. Might be _something_ in it. I would try plain stuff such as plain yogurt before going on to flavored kinds...

Stop drinking the low carb chocolate milk and see what happens. If your stomach pains stop, then the "milk" is most likely your problem.

Iap is right when he says there's alot of "stuff" in that "milk". So you might be having a reaction to one or more of its ingredients.

yep cut oput the "milk" and don't add any new to you foods for a few days and see what happens. If the pain goes then you know it was something in the milk. Try some other fresh dairy cheeses and see if they too give you a tummy ache. if so it might be the lactose and some gut bacteria feeding reactions.

Yes... lots of good advice above. Definitely cut out the milk and see. If the pains stop then it's a good indication. You can always try adding it back later in very small amounts and see what happens again.

            Hope you feel better soon
