    It depends.

IF you are still in ketosis (go by either the physical signs or by those stix if they work for you), then no you just pick up where you left off with your next meal.

If you aren't in ketosis, then you drop to Induction level carbs for a few days to get back into ketosis, then pick up where you left off in OWL.

The only time I would consider doing the 14 days again is you fall off the wagon for weeks, months, (years). Then I think you would need to do the 14 days in order to get your body used to low carbing.

Thanks guys. I am not planning it but we are going away in October and so I will be trusting the chef as to what is in the food and may also - accidentally - fall off the ladder - you know what it's like on holiday.

If you move up the OWL ladder to berries/melons and alcohol (if you drink it), you'll increase your food choices immensely. This will make it easier for you to eat away from home.

I've gone through the entire ladder and I don't worry about finding something to eat anymore because there's something to eat (unless it's a dessert only type thing....then I look around for the fruit salad!)

Thanks Not2late - I agree, you really can have all sorts of foods on OWL. I am enjoying this WOE so much more this time round because of the variety. I am sticking to 20g carbs at the moment but may give myself a bit of slack next month on holiday. Like you say, it should be reasonably easy to stick to the plan if I've climbed further up the ladder. x
