Longtime lurker, first time poster.
It look me four weeks until I found out about low carb bread (4g net carb per slice) and five weeks until I found about low carb pasta (Dreamfield's 5g digestable carb per serving). I've extra careful about serving size, often just using half the serving, seeking the taste instead of getting full off of it. I hasn't made me crave carbs more either. Only thing is...
If I could find a low carb rice, I'd be all set--making it a lot easier to reach my target weight.
Anyone know whether there's any research or even product out there for low carb rice?
I heard about low carb potatoes, but that turned out to be just 'lower' carb potatoes, quit disappointing.
Also, I haven't been taking any fiber supplements since I've been including broccoli and other veggies with fiber.
Does taking fiber supplement mean I can eat more carbs since fiber is subtracted from foods to get net carbs? Somehow, I don't think that's how it works, but I'm not sure.
