    Hi I bought Atkins baking mix about a month ago and haven't used it because I don't know what to use it for and what to make with it can some one help? And also can I use it instead of flour if a recipe calls for it??

    It depends on the recipe. Atkins Bake Mix can be used for pancakes, waffles and muffins. I don't think you can use it to thicken gravies or sauces.

      Can you use this for batter for deep frying? If not, what's recommended?

        I've not made a batter for deep frying, but I will use a mixture (about half and half) of ground pork rinds and parmesan cheese. I dip the meat or veggies in a beaten egg first, then press into crumb mixture. I will add different spices to the crumbs depending on what I feel like. It's yummy, trust me!
