Alcohol Rung

Its so weird to see the image for the Alcohol Rung in my signature. Heh.

I had planned to just blow by it since I very rarely drink (though I do like to use it in my food!), but I decided last night since I do enjoy the occasional glass of wine, and since I had two lovely bottles of sauvignon blanc in my fridge, that I might as well enjoy a couple glasses of wine this week to see how it affects me. Who cares that I probably won't have another glass for months.

I had a glass last night. It was nice!

Oh boy yes! Isn't it nice to be able to have a glass of wine! I enjoy a glass of red every evening with dinner. That's probably more than Dr. A would recommend, but it's my one small deviation (not being 'occasional', I mean) and it's a real pleasure. I do stick resolutely to one glass though and weight wise...well, so far so good!

Enjoy it! OWL is great in it's extra choices!

Its all good timing too - my first wedding anniversary is this weekend, and we're going to dinner where we got married. I get to have a glass of wine to celebrate!
