  • 1 month in OWL

    Well I made it...it has been 4 weeks since I started OWL. I have lost a total of 9 pounds on OWL with a total of 24 pounds all together! Still so much to learn but am doing okay!

                    Thanks Lisa! While I expect to lose something I know it will not be as much since I am climbing the rungs and adding the carbs. It is nerve-wracking for sure. I just hope I am ready for it. I can totally understand why some like the security of staying in induction.

                    Congrats on getting to your first goal! I know you will make the second one too!
