I'm starting the fruit rung and wanted great desert recipes, incorporating heavy cream, cream cheese and acceptable fruits, I love all fruits. It's great being able to add all foods that I have missed during induction, slowly back into my life.

Re: Fruit Recipes
Which fruit rung are you talking about, the "berry/melon" rung or the "other fruit" rung.
Anyhow, I tend to eat fruit raw. I only cook them with they are alittle tired looking but still not rotten enough to throw away.
During the summer, I froze the berries and then put the berries into my food processor, gave it a good processing until it was slushy, added water or cream and processed it more until it was a sorbet consistency. You can do the same thing for the "other fruits".
I sometimes make fruit crumbles:
Butter an ovenproof dish. Put the fruit into the dish. Sprinkle with a combo of almond (or walnut) meal, whey protein isolate, and ground cinnamon mixed with some butter. Bake until the fruit is soft.~Megs~
