    I really need to know are the atkins shake okay for rung 4 for owl,I'm thinking of trying a can for beakfast while driving to school. The can says it's only 1g net carbs.

    You can try out whatever low carb convenience food you want, provided that it's appropriate for your rung. Just treat them like any other food: if your weight loss stops or slows drop them from your diet; if your blood sugar instability problems recurr or your get them, drop them from your diet.

    Bottomline: you have to follow the OWL Rules.

      And be aware that they do stall some people. Read the ingredient list. And I noticed you are only 9 pounds away from goal so this is the time to experiment, that is what the rungs are for as you should be in pre-maintenance now.
