    CONGRATULATIONS!! Wow, what an achievement. You must feel fantastic. I am still obese according to the records, but sooo close to becoming overweight. I can't imagine when I get to healthy weight.

        It is great to have somewhere to talk about things like this - those who have always been 'normal' just cant understand what it means.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
