There is a button where you can add your own recipe or food. I think it's the one that is labeled "customize". I'm pretty sure that's where you can plug it in.

If you always use the same recipe it might be worth entering teh recipe as a 'custom food'
The way I did this before I got the PC version which allows you to enter a whole recipe as a custom food was this.

Go to a new day with no food entered yet,
Enter the individual items at the right quantities for your whole recipe and then jot down the total figures given, BTW I also used to look at the 'nutrition' report and jot the totals of vitamins and minerals down too. Then delete what you entered to clear that future day's page.

Then click on 'new custom food' On the blank page then enter the figures you jotted down previously and call it 'Stirfried Pork - (No of) servings' putting how many servings this recipe makes instead of the 'No of'.
Save it and then next time you make it you can enter how much of the recipe you ate to get the right figures. So if the whole recipe makes 4 servings just enter .25 as the amount you ate.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
