  • Ok guys! Help! Need input!

I have added back in some healthy carbs after at least 10 months on extended induction. I still feel like I have 10 to 15 pounds to lose but have decided to slow things down a bit. Here is my dilemma. Since adding back in some more good carbs the scale is slowly fluctuating up about 3 to 5 pounds, and I can feel this in my clothes! Help! I don't like this feeling! Am I one who is just not going to be able to tolerate very many carbs..even if they are the healthy ones?
Anyhow, I am feeling like I want to go back to extended induction until I reach the 155 mark. (Is this ok to do? Or will I be bouncing back and forth between induction and "regular eating" and blowing my "one golden shot?") Then if I add back a few pounds I would still be under the 160 mark. I am rambling! Please forgive me. Any advice? I do not want to go back to being obese!

P./S. I work out 6 days per week areobically and lift weights 3x per week so upping my exercise is not an option to counteract the extra pounds.

what did you add back? was it 5 net carbs from rung 1 and 5 from rung 2 or just anythihng you wanted?

You are obviously having some kind of a reaction to your new carbs if you did it by the book you can drop the cheese rung and see what happens to the scale weight. if you did it not by the book drop it all and add back 5 more net carbs of your induction veggies and see where you are.

DO you know from your induction 14 day weight loss your metabolic type and your estimated CCLL? TOM anywhere near?

I agree with 2Big, what did you add in and how much of it (carbwise) did you add? Moreover, how are your calories like? As we become smaller people we don't need as many calories as we did when we were larger people. Also, did you lower your fat intake? During OWL, the fat percentages decrease slightly ( to between 65-60%).
