if you hav been making poor food choices from the induction veggies lists and you have not been supplementing to make up for it you will get a big burst when you add those veggies from rung 1 and the nuts and berries in rungs 3 and 4 because of the correction of that issue.
Most folk got a burst when they got to ketosis. As you tired? If you are drinking enough Dr Atkins says tired folk need to eat more food so have some more to eat if that is you.

I agree with 2Big. Atkins is a quality diet. That is, the nutrient quality of the food you eat is very important to your general health. There are a wide variety of veggies you can eat during Induction. Some of them are nutrient powerhouses and others aren’t (like iceberg lettuce). So it’s better for your body/health to eat the nutrient rich vegetables.
The multivitamins during Induction are important as well. Dr. Atkins knew many of us come to this diet after years of eating nutrient poor foods. So, he recommended the multivitamin supplement to help replenish those vitamins and minerals we were lacking.
You might also want to re-evaluate the carbs you eat daily. If you tried to keep your carb level as close to zero as possible during Induction, your fatigue might be due to that.
