Well, I figured out where I have gotten off track. Sweeteners. I have been drinking 2 cups of coffee a day where I add Sugar Free syrup to sweeten it. I have been drinking a lot of bottled carbonated flavored water that I get at the grocery store (64 oz a day) ~ loads of aspartame in there! Plus, I have a treat at night of cream cheese, splenda and a little cocoa powder. You got it ~ MORE sweetener
So I have decided to change things up a little.
I am committing to the following in my own "personal challenge" for at least 1 month:
#1 - NO MORE COFFEE
#2 - PLAIN WATER ONLY
#3 - 100 oz OF WATER DAILY - minimum!
#4 - EXERCISE ~ Go to Curves at LEAST 3 X's per week.
#5 - REDO CLEAN INDUCTION ~ I feel that I am out of ketosis and need to recharge my system.
#6 - JOURNAL ~ I will journal in the journal section here.
