It is harder for me to drink water in the winter time, verses drinking hot beverages like coffee. How can I get more water in during the winter time

I prefer my water to be room temp year round so I have no trouble, but during colder weather I could see that it's not very appealing to drink ice cold water...brrr!!
Someone just posted about drinking hot water with a slice of lemon in it....they said they use that same lemon slice for five cups or so.
