Hey guys i thoart i'd share what im eating on a regular day. I'm not really following Atkins, i just try to eat healthly, but i know i've lost alot of water weight as i have to wear a belt with my pants now otherwise they fall right off me
So proud. I aim for more of a, 62% Carbs 23% Protein and 15% Fat. Well anyway today followed as this;
Breakfast: 1 Egg and Tomato on a Multigrain Muffin.
Snack: 1 Orange.
Lunch: 1 Slice of Cheese and Salad served on a Soy & Linseed Bread Roll. 1 Apple
Snack: Crosstini with Chicken Paté.
Dinner: Chicken fillet topped with apricot sauce and served with potato gratin and vegetables (microwave dinner)
Water consumed: 1.75Lts
Exercise: 80Min Walk/Jog - 1100 Calories.
Sorry i didn't go into detail (grams of fat ect.) but i gotta go work. Bye for now.
