After 3 weeks on inducation and 9 lbs almost 14 inches lost Im going to try OWL. I am a little nervous about it. I guess Im so used to having the 20g carbs that 5 make me leary. I have decided to add avocado to my menu. Ive never ate it before in my life, but I want to try it. Does anyone know any yummy ways to eat it?

It is nice just sliced into a leafy salad.
Or mix up a few prawns with some mayo and pile them in a half avocado to make a good old 70's style 'avocado and prawn starter' and eat it out of the skin.
I usually rub a little lemon juice on the cut flesh to stop it going brown before I eat it.
You can also plant the pit (or seed) to make an interesting pot plant!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
