  • Pre-Maintenance

So, I've lost almost 45lbs, and am now ten pounds from my goal weight, and thinking about moving into pre-maintenance in the next few lbs. Time for me to fish my book back out and re-read the pre-maintenance chapters, because I will admit, I don't remember it as well as I should.

Is there anyone out there *in* the pre-maintenance phase? Or for those of you who have already been through pre-maintenance... is there anything you want to share? Any tips? Words of wisdom?

I'm not in it, but you go slow(er) in Pre-Maintenance. Add 10 net carbs of the Rung foods at a time, like you did on the OWL rungs.

Be aware that the 10 net carbs of these foods might affect your blood sugar, so be sure to use the Blood Sugar Instability Test while trying them out. And if the food does affect you, drop the food.
