thank you all, It is a good thing that I like to read, as I keep reading and re-reading. I will definitely start experimenting next week. For this week I stuck with the tried and true and worked on adding the extra carbs.

Have fun adding new foods. If you time it right, you'll be adding fruits during the spring and summer months....unlike me who graduated to "Other Fruits" during the winter months and had to wait 6 months to try out the locally grown peaches, apples, pears, etc.
