Okay, I'm back with yet another stupid question...
Here goes...
I am on rung 1 and have been doing well this week(and last). Found out last week that tomatoes give me cravings and stalls me and have since stopped eating them.. (moving right along now)
My question is do I go up another 5 carbs on this rung for next week trying more veggies? Or do I only add 5 more when I move to another rung?
Stupid I know but still a little confused on this matter.
