    Pounds lost:

    1st Week: 5
    2nd Week: 2
    3rd Week: 3
    4th Week: 0
    5th Week: 1
    6th Week: 2
    7th Week: 0

    These out-of-town excursions are killing me. Went out of town, and again I had no weight loss this week. I did increase my veggies some, but I was always in heavy ketosis (dark purple). Well, now that I'm back home, maybe the weight will start coming off again.

    It's normal not to lose weight every week/everday. What you are looking for is an overall decrease in weight/inches. Remember if you are exercising and building muscle, you might not see a change in the pounds because normal scales don't make the distinction between pounds due to fat and pounds due to muscle.

    Drink your water, eat your foods and eat only to satisfy your hunger. Overeating doesn't help you in the long or short run.
