    sorry if this has already been asked
    when introducing a new food only three times a week, are those the days that you are adding +5g? What about the other days, do you remain at your previous carb level?

    You can do that or you can eat 5 net carbs of a food that isn't new to you. For example, on Rung 1, asparagus is new to you so you eat 5 net carbs of that on M, W, F. On T, Th and Sat, you eat 5 net carbs of broccoli and cauliflower, which aren't new to you.
