    Updated weight loss graph

    Latest graph of my weight loss. I'm already starting to shed the weight from the days I was out of town this week. I think a lot of this was salt weight. I ate out for every meal, and a lot of it was fast food.

        Good for you for not deciding to throw in the towel after a rise in weight and for thinking about the possibole reason for it.
